Our drivers know their routes back to front and are qualified to drive in the mountains and in snowy conditions.

On the day you arrive at Grenoble coach station, you will always find a driver or 'blue jacket' personnel to assist you and provide you with information.

The environment

One coach replaces an average of 40 cars and saves 60 litres of fuel. Choosing Transaltitude to reach your favourite resort is a concrete action in favour of the environment and the protection of the Isère massifs. The 100,000 passengers who use Transaltitude every winter thus contribute to reducing CO² emissions into the atmosphere by at least 393 tonnes.

The fleet of vehicles serving the resorts is recent and meets the latest EURO6 environmental standards, with an average emission of 76.1 g of CO²/Voy.km. 

The transport operator in charge of the Transaltitude lines is committed to the Charter "Objectif CO²: les transporteurs s'engagent".  To contribute to the reduction of polluting emissions, it has also chosen to use top-of-the-range fuels and to train drivers in eco-driving, a method that optimises the consumption/performance ratio and reduces pollutant emissions.
