Free luggage pack<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A free baggage pack is included in your ticket. Given the limited space in a coach, we must restrict the number and volume of luggage. Please adhere to the size and weight guidelines detailed below. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The baggage pack includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • 1 suitcase or travel bag (to be placed in the luggage compartment) \u2013 Note: the three dimensions of the baggage (height + depth + width) must not exceed 150 cm. Maximum weight: 20 kg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 1 small carry-on bag (to be kept on board the bus) \u2013 Maximum size of carry-on bag: 50 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 1 pair of ski boots (to be placed in the luggage compartment)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 1 pair of skis or 1 snowboard (to be placed in the luggage compartment)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Hand luggage must be kept on board the coach and remains under the care and full responsibility of the passenger. It should not obstruct movement or safety within the vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We recommend that our passengers keep fragile and valuable items, such as tablets, laptops, and cameras, with them on board to avoid any damage in the luggage compartments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Extra luggage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Please note that space in the coach’s luggage compartments is limited. If you wish to add an extra piece of luggage, you must reserve it, at an additional cost of \u20ac50.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Please note: Ensure that your extra bag does not exceed the following dimensions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    – 150 cm ((hauteur + profondeur + largeur)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    – 20 kg maximum.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Luggage tagging<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Luggage tagging is mandatory with Transaltitude<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We ask all our customers to label their luggage with their name, surname, and a contact number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    During peak season, many travelers take our lines with their ski equipment, and it can happen that some have the same gear or similar bags. To avoid any confusion, tagging is essential. Feel free to personalize your equipment to make it more recognizable.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Prohibited luggage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Certains type de bagages sont interdis lorsque vous voyagez avec Transaltitude pour des raisons de places limit\u00e9 \u00e0 bord de nos car mais \u00e9galement pour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Nous demandons \u00e0 nos client de respecter cette liste de bagages sou peine d’amende lors du voyage. Nous tenons \u00e0 rappeler \u00e0 nos voyageurs que des contr\u00f4le sont effectu\u00e9 en gare et qu’avec ce type de bagages vous vous exposez \u00e0 une amende forfaitaire de 90\u20ac par bagage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Prohibited luggage :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Wheeled ski bags : Even if they meet the dimensions, this type of luggage is too bulky and clutters the bus luggage compartments, thereby restricting available space.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Bicycles : Whether foldable or not, this type of luggage is prohibited.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Shopping bags \/ Packages \/ Open bags : Due to winding mountain roads, these types of luggage tend to tip over easily in the compartments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Glass containers : Glass bottles must be stored in suitcases, whether on board or in the luggage compartment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Dangerous items or materials : Any item or material that is soiling, flammable, corrosive, explosive, or in gas form is prohibited<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      Ski equipment bags or boot covers must not contain anything else. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Do not leave any personal items on the bus upon arrival at your destination. The bus for the outbound trip is different from the return trip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
