The Conseil Général of the Isère region has created Transaltitude to differentiate its standard transport offer, aimed at regular users (home-work/school flows), from transport offered to occasional users (leisure time flows) during the winter season.
Transaltitude services are tailored to transport tourists (holidaymakers and locals) towards ski resorts in the mountains surrounding Grenoble. Departures are from Grenoble coach station and provide connections with SNCF trains and airport shuttles.
VFD has been chosen to manage Transaltitude services:
